- Are you from this area or did you grow up elsewhere? What brought you to Pittsburgh/Fox Chapel? I grew up in New Jersey but I did my graduate work at Duquesne. My wife is from Squirrel Hill so after our daughter was born, we wanted to be closer to one of our families.
- In your free time, where do you like to go? What do you like to do? When I do get free time, I like to golf. I like going to the movies too but those days are gone.
- What is your favorite team or sport? My favorite sport is baseball. I like all New York/New Jersey teams (Yankees, Giants, Devils, Knicks)
- What is your favorite color? Blue
- What is your favorite place to vacation? Why? My favorite place to vacation is the beach. I grew up on the Jersey Shore so I always enjoying going back or to the Outer Banks.
- What is your favorite sweet treat and/or snack? I’m a sucker for potato chips and cookies.
- What is your favorite season? Why? Fall. Love the weather and holidays that come with it.
- What are your favorite spots to visit in Pittsburgh? I love going down to the Strip District and taking my daughter to the Science Center.
- What is your favorite meal and restaurant? My favorite meal is chicken parmigiana and my favorite restaurant is Federal Galley.
- What is your most needed classroom supplies? Pencils and tissues
- What is your favorite coffee pod flavor? Keurig donut shop or anything dark roast
- Is there anything special or interesting about you that you would like to share with us? I have a one year old daughter, Penelope. My wife and I lived in Alexandria, VA for 7 years and spent a year living in Southern Africa for her job.
- What can classroom parents do to help you the most? I’m one who doesn’t realize I need help until the moment is upon me. Volunteers and chaperones are always needed.
