Statement of Purposes.
The Corporation is organized for the purpose of:
(a)promoting the welfare of children and youth in home, school, and community, (b) raising the standards of home life, (c) bringing into closer relation the home and the school, that families and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth, and (d) developing between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education.
