President: Kylie Mascara-Gupta
Kylie and her husband, Arun, moved to Fox Chapel in 2018. Their son, Ari, is in 3rd grade at O’Hara Elementary. Kylie began volunteering when Ari started kindergarten and has remained actively involved in the school community ever since. Over the years, she has served on various committees and, for the past three years, as a Homeroom Representative. She has also served as Assemblies Chair for the past two years.
At the heart of Kylie’s involvement is a genuine commitment to the students of O’Hara. She believes that every child deserves a school experience filled with opportunity, connection, and a strong sense of community, and is committed to working hard on their behalf.
Kylie is honored to serve the PTO Board as President for the next 2 years and looks forward to bringing fresh ideas, collaboration, and enthusiasm to the table. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside a strong team of leaders, while continuing to support O’Hara’s students, families, teachers, and staff.
Vice-President: Patricia Antinopolous
Patricia Antinopoulos and her husband, Josh, have three children at O’Hara Elementary: James (5th Grade), Robbie (2nd Grade), and Molly (Kindergarten). With all three children at O’Hara this year, Patricia is especially excited to continue serving on the O’Hara Elementary PTO Board, now in the role of Vice President.
Over the years, Patricia has been actively involved with the PTO in a variety of capacities, including serving on the PTO Board as Fundraising Chair. She also held positions as Assemblies Chair, as well as volunteering as a Homeroom Representative for her children’s classrooms. This year marks her third year serving on the O’Hara Elementary PTO Board.
Beyond the PTO, Patricia is actively involved in several organizations throughout the Fox Chapel community and values opportunities to volunteer, connect with families, and give back to the community.
Patricia is grateful for the opportunity to serve O’Hara Elementary and looks forward to another wonderful year supporting its students, families, teachers, and staff, while continuing to strengthen the sense of community that makes O’Hara such a special place.
Treasurer: Julie Serig
Hi! My name is Julie Serig, and I live in the district with my husband, Charlie, and our two sons, Timmy and Theo. Our family moved to the school district in 2018, and it has truly become home. Since becoming part of the school community, I’ve enjoyed getting involved and giving back. Last year, I volunteered as a noontime monitor, chaperoned field trips, helped with classroom events and Teacher Appreciation Week. Outside of school, I proudly serve as a volunteer firefighter with the Blawnox Fire Department and foster kittens whenever they’re in need of a safe place to grow. I believe there is nothing more fulfilling than giving back to the community, and I’m excited for the opportunity to continue supporting our students, families, and staff through the PTO.
Secretary: Loghan Wright
Loghan and her husband, Oren, have called the greater Pittsburgh area home since 2016, and moved to O’Hara Township in 2024 with their two children, Olive (1st grade) and Arthur (3). As a newer member of the O’Hara community, Loghan is excited to serve on the PTO Board to help families stay informed, feel connected, and find meaningful ways to engage with the school throughout the year. Outside of the PTO, she is a freelance opera singer and teaches beat-based cycling classes at Zenergy Studios in East Liberty.
Communications and Social Media: Mallory Bernstein
Mallory and her husband, Eric, moved to O’Hara Township in 2018. They have 2 children in the district – Connor, a 7th grader at DMS, and Eli, a 4th grader at O’Hara. Mallory was previously the Chair of the O’Hara Foxes Club and has been involved with the O’Hara community for many years. Outside of the PTO, Mallory works at an HR Consulting Firm and is an avid runner, traveler, and reader.
Fundraising: Chelsea Dukovich and Kristi Campbell
Chelsea Dukovich and her husband, Mike, are proud to have three children at O’Hara Elementary: Mackenzie in fifth grade, Olivia in fourth grade, and Boden in second grade. With all three kids at O’Hara this year, Chelsea felt it was the perfect time to become even more involved and join the PTO Board as a Fundraising Co-Chair.
Chelsea truly loves being part of the Fox Chapel Area School District and feels incredibly fortunate to raise her family in such a special community. She considers the wonderful children, families, teachers, and staff at O’Hara to be a true blessing and has loved volunteering in her children’s classrooms over the years.
Outside of the PTO, Chelsea serves on the House Committee at the Pittsburgh Field Club and owns Big Blue Swim School in Cranberry Township. She is grateful for the opportunity to give back to a school and community that mean so much to her family and looks forward to a fun and successful year supporting O’Hara!
Kristi Campbell and her husband, Carlin, are proud parents of three children in the district: Olivia, a 6th grader at DMS, and Jack (4th grade) and Reed (2nd grade) at O’Hara. Carlin grew up in Fox Chapel, attending O’Hara and graduating from FHS, so the Campbell family has a deep connection to and strong sense of pride in the community.
Kristi recently stepped away from her career as a physician assistant to spend more time with her children and is excited to become more involved in their school community. Prior to this year, she served on the O’Hara Dance Committee, 5th Grade Day Committee, and as a homeroom representative.
Kristi is excited for the opportunity to serve on the board and give back to the community that means so much to her family. She hopes to help ensure that students and families continue to experience the strong sense of connection, support, and joy that makes this community so special.
Community Relations: Joe Vickless and Kathryn Barbash
Joe Vickless and his partner Sarah DeYoung moved to Fox Chapel in 2017 for Sarah to be closer to work and because of the reputation of the Fox Chapel schools. Their daughter Clara is a fourth grader, and Joe has been an active volunteer with the PTO and at classroom events and field trips since Clara started at O’Hara in first grade. Coming into O’hara after several years at The Discovery School offered a unique experience for the whole family.
As a full-time stay-at-home-dad, Joe considers himself lucky to have had the opportunity to be involved in many different aspects of the PTO and O’hara community. He’s excited to be stepping into a role with the PTO board and hopes that his enthusiasm and commitment will have a positive impact on the O’Hara community’s shared experience.
Joe spends a lot of time outdoors in various pursuits, is an avid reader and writer, and enjoys logic and word puzzles. He is also an owner/brewer at Local Remedy Brewing in Oakmont.
Kathryn and her husband, Ian, moved to O’Hara Township in 2016. They have 4 children in the Fox Chapel school district. Margaret is a kindergartner, Culver is in 1st grade, and Connor is a 4th grader at O’Hara. Their oldest, Callum, is now a 6th grader at DMS. In the past couple of years, Kathryn has had the opportunity to become more involved with the PTO by volunteering, serving as a homeroom representative, and helping to initiate a new committee, the Welcome Committee, which will focus on promoting connection and engaging new families in the O’Hara school community.
Kathryn’s professional background includes working as a child and adolescent psychologist in school and healthcare settings. She left clinical practice when her fourth child was born, but remains passionate about supporting youth, their families, and educators. Kathryn is excited to bring this passion to her local school community by participating on the PTO board. Outside of the PTO, Kathryn is a freelance writer, primarily focused on topics related to parenthood, psychology, and mental health. As an avid reader, she writes an online publication about books and reading in parenthood.
